Sirish Kosaraju

Chief Executive Officer

Sirish leads strategy and vision at Wizr, believing in AI’s power to enhance productivity, creativity, and customer experiences. Previously, he co-founded RapidValue Solutions, a digital product engineering firm, growing it into a 600+ team before its acquisition by Aspire Systems. With over 20 years of experience in IT services, consulting, and building top-tier sales and product organizations, Sirish holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Rajesh Padinjaremadam

Chief Operating Officer
Rajesh is a visionary entrepreneur and investor, leading GTM and operations at Wizr. He has extensive experience in product, technology, and GTM strategies, having driven transformations for Fortune 500 firms like Meta, LinkedIn, and eBay. Before Wizr, Rajesh co-founded RapidValue, growing it into a 600+ global firm, later acquired by Aspire Systems. He previously worked with Deloitte Consulting, aiding large enterprises in tech adoption. Rajesh holds an engineering degree from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Srinivas Keshavalu

Chief Business Officer
Srini is a seasoned business leader with two decades of expertise in driving go-to-market strategies, sales leadership, market expansion, and partner/channel ecosystem development in the enterprise sector. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses by aligning innovative technology solutions with the evolving needs of enterprises globally. Before joining Wizr, Srini held key leadership positions at RapidValue and contributed to renowned organizations such as Oracle and Servion. He holds an engineering degree from BIT, an MBA from SDM-IMD, and has completed the EPGSM program at IIM Lucknow.

Shahjahan Tapadar

Chief Technology Officer
Shahjahan is the CTO at Wizr with over 20 years of experience in architecting scalable systems and building highly scalable AI systems for enterprises. He has driven cloud innovation and digital transformation for large clients. Previously, he was Chief Architect at a leading healthcare provider and Principal Architect at RapidValue, managing multiple high-performance nterprise tech initiatives. Shahjahan holds a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering and an MBA in Management Information Systems.

Nitin Gupta

Advisory Board Member
Nitin Gupta is an advisory board member at Wizr, offering insights on sales and go-to-market strategy from a high-performance leadership perspective. In this role, he will assist Wizr AI with their go-to-market strategy, sales process, and driving revenue and client growth. With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership positions at global tech firms like AWS, Yodlee and Genesis Global, Nitin has driven revenue growth for both large enterprises and fast-growing startups, successfully building and scaling sales teams. He holds an MBA degree from IIM Calcutta.

Craig Wigginton

Advisory Board Member – Product
Craig Wigginton is an advisory board member at Wizr, offering insights on product strategy from an enterprise CIO perspective. Currently the CIO at Gifted Healthcare, Craig has over 25 years of experience in product development, particularly in enhancing healthcare delivery and patient care efficiency. He previously held CTO roles at Icario Health, Altruista Health, and others. Craig began his career in telecommunications, including work with AT&T. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University.
